Cambridge, MA | 2017

Solar Forest is a dynamic and interactive outdoor light installation designed by Vanessa Till Hooper in collaboration with Alice Chun creator of the Solar Helix lantern. The installation features 360 lanterns donated by SoLight Design. Each lantern features a solar panel that charges each day and illuminates each night. The sculpture is designed to be rigged between trees, illuminating the park at night without any power source other than the sun.
